***A gym-member is any family with a child currently enrolled in a class at Indigo Gymnastics Center.
*Gratuities are welcomed for the instructors*

Birthday Party General Information

· Each party lasts for 1 ½ hours
· Parties are held for children aged 4 and up.
· Partygoers will enjoy 60 minutes of gymnastics, games, obstacle course, trampoline & tumble track, and foam pit jumping.
· The last 30 minutes of the party takes place upstairs on the party deck, where you and your guests will have your refreshments.
· Our instructors will gladly help you with setup, serving, and cleanup.

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due the day of the party booking. The remainder of the balance is due the day of the party. Please call the gym 1 week before your party to confirm the number of children attending.

Available Party Times: Saturday 4:30-6:00pm
      6:30-8:00pm
    Sunday 11:00-12:30pm
      1:00-2:30pm
      3:00-4:30pm
      5:00-6:30pm

*If you do not see a time that suits you, feel free to contact us as we may be able to accommodate your request.

Please help us to host a safe and fun party for your child by noting the following instructions:

· You may arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up.
· For safety reasons, no children will be allowed on the equipment before the party is scheduled to begin.
· Only the children attending the party will be allowed on the gym floor. Adults and other children may watch from the upstairs viewing area.
· No shoes are allowed in the gym area.
· No gum or candy is allowed in the gym area.
· Please do not bring piñatas to the party.
· A waiver signed by a parent or guardian must accompany each child attending the party.
